Type of Tool SAS Macro
Title Least Squares Mean Plot for Mixed Models
Programmer/Email YinglinXia
Contributing Site Rochester
Description The LSM Plot MIXED macro computes and plots the least squares means from SAS PROC MIXED procedure for comparing two treatment group means adjusted for covariates in the model over time. The user can choose one of the available working correlation matrices in PROC MIXED as well as methods for inference (maximum likelihood (ML) vs. restricted maximum likelihood (REML)). The data set needs to follow a longitudinal format as required by PROC MIXED.
