Title MIXED TEST ICC
Programmer/Email Yinglin Xia
Contributing Site Rochester
Description Rochester_ MIXED_TEST_ICC is a macro that uses SAS PROC MIXED procedure to calculate the intraclass correlation (ICC) and then test the significance of the ICC. The ICC is calculated by the equation: ICC = (MSB - MSW)/( MSB + (k-1) MSW, where MSB is the mean squared error between the groups, MSW is the mean squared error within the groups and k is the number of subjects in each group. The significance of the ICC is tested using the equation: Fg-1,g(k-1) = [1 + (k-1)ICC]/(1 \x96 ICC), where g is the number of groups (e.g., raters) and k is the number of subjects within each group.
