Description Rochester_GEEZIP is a macro that models overdispersion with structural zero data within a longitudinal data setting. The macro uses a distribution-free approach through generalized estimating equations to estimate effects of continuous covariates developed by Yu et al (2010). The asymptotic variances for parameter estimates are also computed. It\x92s suggested to be used in conjunction with ZIP Check Fit macro, which examines whether preponderance of zeros of count data is present (see details Rochester_ZIP_Check_Fit).

Macro Parameters DSName = name of a SAS longitudinal dataset
Outcome = name of outcome variable. This variable is a count variable
PredictNum = list of numeric predictor variables, these variables are continuous.
ID = name of unique id for each subject
Time = variable indicating time of the ourcome and predictor variables to be observed
OutForm = if left empty, results are only shown in the output window in the screen; if HTML, a html file of the output is generated
